“I participated in an Aviva Method workshop because I had irregular periods (2 times a month) of severe pain and significant mood swings during my period.
After the workshop, and once a week practice of the method, my periods became regular the following month, I had much less pain, I was much calmer and my periods were even shorter (4 -5 days instead of 7-8).
Today I continue to practice the Aviva method 1 to 2 times a week and my periods are regular, I have little pain and I no longer have mood jumps. February 2019 »
