“Andrea started the session with a very thorough presentation on the history and essence of the method which I found very helpful. Then we were given a detailed explanation of the 18 exercises, as well as practical exercises. All this was done to very upbeat music. I was a little reluctant to do 4 hours in a row, but in the end it went by very quickly. I continue to do the exercises fairly regularly at home and I can feel the heat in my lower abdomen.
